These days we have some customers with Initialization of Diagnosis Multiplexer Failed Error for C3 C4 C5 Software after 09/2015V, today our engineer gave some tips to solve it, please try it if you have this error:

1.If you can make sure that you have use the correct software with the mb star multiplexer, and you do not change anything for our MB STAR Software, and also self-test can be ok; then you can try to replace the config file on the c:\programm\mecredes-benz\config to solvoe it; please download config file from here:

2.If still can not solve, please check if you connect the car well, and if your car is good to test without any problem, and try to test other cars to see if you have the same error.

3.If the first 2 ways both can not solve your problem, please send back the main unit and software to us for checking and repair.
